We process the personal data you provide through the contact form for the following purposes:
- To attend and respond to the enquiries, requests for information or quotation requests you send us.

Data will not be transferred to third parties, except where legally required. However, in order to provide certain services, your data may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors, with whom the contracts required by the regulations have been signed:
- Web hosting provider: IONOS (1&1 IONOS España, S.L.U.), which hosts the Website and the data on servers located in the European Union.
- Form automation: Make (Celonis / Make.com), which processes the contact form submission.
- Web analytics: Google (Google Ireland Limited), via Google Analytics 4, only if you have accepted analytics cookies. This service may involve international data transfers to the USA, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and/or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Email: the email provider used to receive and reply to messages.
6. What are your rights?
Any person has the right to:
- Access their personal data.
- Request the rectification of inaccurate data.
- Request its erasure when it is no longer necessary.
- Request the restriction of processing.
- Object to processing.
- Request the portability of their data.
- Withdraw consent given at any time.
You may exercise these rights by writing to juan.canete.rodriguez@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document.
Likewise, if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
